Experience:

1989-92: Bsc Applied commerce from Seethalakshmi Ramasamy College (Autonomous) Trichirapalli
1992-95: Jointed as CA Apprentice with M/s.A V Deven & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai.
1995-96: Joined Udaya TV as an Accountant in Chennai. Functions include a combination of day to day Accounting, reconciliation of payables and receivables and payroll.
Moved to Thompson Consumer Electronics Pvt Ltd Chennai as Executive Accounts and HR - Functions included accounting and tax compliances and reconciliation of all statutory returns related to employees.
Moved to A.V.Deven & Co as an Audit Manager - Functions included a combination of different types of audits and financial analysis, investment consultancy and system audits.
Moved to GRT Group of Companies as Corporate Accounts Manager - Involved in the implementation of Internal control systems for various processes. Responsibilities included liaisoning with banks, preparation of budgets, day to day review of sales reports, receivables and payables.
Started Practice in 2006. Joined M/s. Ramanathan & Krishnakumar as a Partner was involved in the statutory audit of companies, stock audit, and concurrent audit of various banks.
Started Own Practice in 2007 under the style of "Lakshmimalini & Co". Currently involved in GST Audits, FEMA and RBI Compliance, Bank Audits, financial audits, statutory audit of companies and Income tax assessments and specialising in Setting up process in Accounts Department and Risk and process consultancy and system audits.
